PRIVACY POLICY: Extreme Video Game Truck is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

TIPS: Our Game Coaches are available to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Tipping for good services is a great idea, but a positive online review is priceless.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Our primary service area is Houston, TX. We also service surrounding areas of Richmond but must add a fuel and toll surcharge fee when traveling to other than the primary area.

BAD WEATHER: Extreme Video Game Truck was designed for all types of weather conditions. The trailer is insulated, and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rain, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to reschedule.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Extreme Video Game Truck does always require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside the trailer . Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian to be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Guests under 5 are not allowed inside the gaming trailer without a parent or guardian accompanying them.

THREATENING/ABUSIVE LANGUAGE OR BEHAVIOR: Use of profanity and or abusive and/or threatening language toward any Extreme Video Game Truck employee from the client and/or any guest attending the event, will result in termination of the party and forfeiture of deposit. Client shall be responsible for full payment with no refund for lost time.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around Extreme Video Game Truck’s equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party.

DAMAGE/INJURY: Extreme Video Game Truck or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Extreme Video Game Truck reserves the right to recover monetarily for damages to the Game Theater or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guest. Extreme Video Game Truck or its employees assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK: Extreme Video Game Truck does not allow any food or drinks inside the video game trailer. Please have your guests consume them outside of the theater prior to entering.

PICTURES: While the party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from the inside of the theater trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Extreme Video Game Truck’s Facebook Fan page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan page please notify us via email/ phone prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests as a courtesy, so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens, in addition to the pictures that they will be taking themselves. It is not part of a package, nor are the pictures guaranteed.

OUR TRAILER: When the Trailer pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS: Extreme Video Game Truck has a large inventory of video games some are rated “M” (mature, example: Call of Duty is a rated “M” game) or higher. If you wish not to have specific rating and/or games played at the time of your event/party, please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or don’t prefer or simply let the Game Coach know as soon as you can.

PARKING: EVGT will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Our Game Trailer is long, and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. Additionally, our driver will never park anywhere other than a hardened surface.
